Treasure Ivan’s Woodland Studio
Ivan, who is also a children’s songwriter and recording artist, grew up in a Los Angeles nursery school owned and operated by his parents. Among the school equipment was a 78 rpm record player, and a considerable record library. Ivan spent many hours playing DJ for the young students at Connie’s Nursery School.
In 1998, the Treasure Ivan radio program made its debut on Excellent Radio in Grover Beach, CA. The show ran weekday mornings from 9 to 10 am. Treasure Ivan joined the Yesterday USA network in May 2011 with an extended format. On March 31, 2012 the Treasure Ivan show returned to local Central Coast radio on SLO Radio News 1340 AM & 93.7 FM where it now airs on Saturdays and Sundays.
